Multicolored Banana Berry Smoothies


For the pink smoothie:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 6 – 8 strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup milk of choice

For the blue smoothie:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Few drops blue food coloring (optional)
  1. Make the pink smoothie: Use a blender to blitz together the banana, frozen raspberries, strawberries and milk until smooth. Transfer to a jug and set aside. Rinse the blender.
  2. Make the blue smoothie: Use the blender to blitz the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, milk and food coloring until smooth.
  3. Divide the blue smoothie between two tall glasses. Divide the pink smoothie between the glasses (pouring it on top of the blue smoothie). Enjoy!
