- 1 cup coconut milk (or other non dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked for at least 4 hours, then drained and rinsed
- 2-4 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 large handful baby greens of your choice (I used a blend of baby kale, chard and spinach)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 soft Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 handful ice
- Add all of the ingredients to your high-speed blender. Placing the ice in last. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
